Key Information on Orders and Shipping

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 3:00 PM (Local Time) are typically processed on the same business day.
  • Order Processing Time: Typically 1 to 3 days (Monday–Friday).
  • Package Transit Time: Estimated transit time is on average 4–5 days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: The total period from order placement to delivery is usually 5 to 8 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping within Poland and the United States is free.

Fulfillment and Shipping Process
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Order fulfillment usually takes 1 to 3 days (Monday–Friday). Once the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the shipment status at each stage of transport. Package delivery typically takes 4–5 days (Monday–Friday) from the shipping date, meaning a total delivery time of 5 to 8 business days from the moment the order is placed.

Delivery Delays
If your shipment does not arrive within the expected 5–8 business days, please contact our customer service department, providing your order number. We will check the package status and suggest an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation
We understand that your purchase decision may sometimes change. Therefore, we allow order cancellation if it has not yet been shipped.

  • Cancellation is only possible before shipping fulfillment begins.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@ovarenne.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Photos of the product and packaging

After verification, you can choose one of two options:

  • A replacement product, sent free of charge
  • A full refund to the original payment method.
